Rev. Fr. Dr. A. R. John
Fr. A. R. John is a diocesan priest in the Latin Archdiocese of Trivandrum, Kerala and joined Marian Engineering College and Marian College of Architecture & Planning on 29/05/2023. He was born at Adimalathura in 1977 and did his studies in Philosophy at St. Joseph’s Seminary, Mangalore and did his Master degrees in Sociology and Psychology from Kerala and Madras Universities respectively. He was awarded Doctorate in Psychology from Kalinga University. He was ordinated into priesthood in 2006. His final years of formation were in Papal Seminary and he completed his Theology at Jnana –Deeepa Vidyapeeth, Pune. He studied Positive Psychology and Clinical Pastoral Education in USA. He is a playwright and conducts camps, seminars, retreats and other self development programs. He has fourteen books in his credit and his book ‘Aarum Anyanalla’ was awarded the Book Café Award . He has several articles published in various magazines. He is the Founder of ‘Conference of Latin Psycologist’.
